Bought this to assist in my poor posture from sitting at a computer most of the day to see if this would help. I have worn it for about 2 hours a day for two weeks now. I love it! My neck and shoulder pain have eased so much as my muscles go back to the proper positioning. My neck and shoulders are less stressed and no more tension.
